ATI Assistant is AI. To open chat, we ask for your first and last name, email, and phone number. ATI stores those details and your chat messages to answer questions and help with the training application. Our AI provider, OpenAI, processes your messages and, when you choose voice chat, your microphone audio to reply. ATI stores voice transcripts, but does not record or store the raw microphone audio. Voice starts only when you choose it and allow microphone access. You can mute or end it at any time. Chat uses a secure session cookie that expires after 24 hours. Opening chat does not submit an application or approve funding. Please do not share Social Security numbers, payment details, passwords, or private documents in chat.
