Floresville, Texas
Serving Wilson County. Rural-center customers should attend a virtual GIS first; the attendee list is sent to the offices and career advisors will contact attendees. Walk-ins are allowed, but service is not guaranteed, especially at busy Floresville. Best option is to attend virtual orientation or call to schedule an appointment. Calls go to the central call center; ask to speak with Floresville and the call will be transferred. Existing board checklist/process applies.
Rural Alamo center: the first choice is the virtual WIOA orientation on Zoom, no sign-up needed: Mondays and Wednesdays 9:00 AM https://zoom.us/j/89752192408, or Tuesdays and Thursdays 4:00 PM https://zoom.us/j/85004469045. After it, the attendee list goes to the offices and a career advisor reaches out. They can also drive to a San Antonio in-person orientation. Can't make either: walk in here at a time set with ATI for account setup and information; being seen that day isn't guaranteed. Floresville is busy, so walk-in service especially is not guaranteed. Supervisor Etsuko Hysten also covers Seguin and Kenedy.
