No appointment or ATI pre-screening is needed. Send applicants to walk in and check in at the front office; the office provides a program overview downstairs and helps them register for work. Bring a birth certificate, Social Security card, photo ID, and Selective Service registration for males; counselors screen household income. SNAP/public assistance or unemployment insurance may qualify someone automatically. Applicants who meet criteria are entered on the WIOA log and assigned to counselors in rotation. Allow about 2–3 weeks for the voucher and bring applicants at least two weeks before the intended start date; a start the following Monday is generally too soon. ATI training starts every Monday.
